SITUATION

A repeatable approach, adjusted to each attic

Serial renovation depends on a clear pace, material sequence and finishing standard. At the same time, every existing attic remains an individual starting point that needs attention before and during execution.

Delivered as a subcontracted specialist scope within a serial renovation project.

SCOPE OF WORK

Typical scope for each home

The work sequence combines several specialist activities within one compact attic package.

  • Replace the existing roof window and rebuild its interior connection
  • Insulate pitched roof surfaces from the inside
  • Install timber battens for insulation and finishing
  • Install white panels and matching finishing trims
  • Complete connections and visible details carefully

EXECUTION

Serial execution with consistent checkpoints

A representative programme was approximately two working days per home. This is a project indication, not a fixed duration for every property: access, existing details and required connections can vary.

Organising materials, measurements and work stages in the same logical order for each home keeps delivery clear while allowing deviations to be coordinated directly.

MATERIALS

Ordered product specification

The following products were ordered for the documented work. Final use still depends on the situation in each home.

  • ISOVLAS PL140, 140 mm, Rd 3.68, 600 × 1200 mm format
  • Stuc Wit finishing panels, 12 mm
  • Agnes One-Step finishing trims
  • Softwood battens, 22 × 63 mm

REPRESENTATIVE HOME

Documented material use

For one documented representative home, approximately 49.68 m² of ISOVLAS insulation material was used, based on 69 insulation boards of 0.72 m² each. This figure applies only to that home and is not multiplied across the full project.

EXISTING CONDITIONS

Variation remains part of preparation

Even in similar homes, the existing roof construction, dimensions, services and attic access are considered individually. This keeps serial delivery practical without ignoring property-specific conditions.

ROOF WINDOW AND FINISHING

From opening to a clean interior connection

Where applicable, the work includes replacing the existing roof window, building the battens around the opening and connecting the white panel finish with appropriate trims and details.

RESULT

What this approach demonstrates for project partners

The case demonstrates how Noordvaro can deliver a specialist attic scope combining insulation, roof-window work and finishing within a serial renovation project.

For new business assignments, quantities, phasing, responsibilities and reporting are agreed afresh; this case is not a promise of capacity or identical project conditions.

BUSINESS DELIVERY
