Cookie notice

1. Current website configuration

The current Noordvaro application sets no first-party analytics or marketing cookies, uses no advertising pixels and loads no active external analytics or Google tag. The application also does not store a consent choice, enquiry data or language choice in localStorage, sessionStorage or a cookie. The selected language follows from the web address, for example `/en` for English.

Entered enquiry information exists only temporarily in the memory of the open page. It may be lost when that page is refreshed or left. Browser facilities such as autofill are controlled by your browser, not by Noordvaro application storage.

2. Functional and technical processing

A website visit creates necessary technical requests to the Vercel hosting service, including requests to deliver pages and images and protect traffic. If the hosting layer uses strictly necessary security or traffic functions, they must not be repurposed for analytics or marketing without a new review.

Vercel Authentication cookies used by a protected owner Preview belong to that non-public review environment. They are not described as cookies of the future public website.

3. Enquiries, email and campaign parameters

A limited number of campaign parameters may appear in the web address and be included temporarily in the enquiry summary you assemble. This is not a cookie and the application does not retain it in long-term browser storage. Do not put personal information in URL parameters.

The email link opens your own email application. Cookies, draft storage or synchronisation by that application and your email provider are controlled by those services. The copy function uses your device clipboard. The telephone link opens your device's calling function. WhatsApp is an external link, not an embedded chat widget. Before an explicit click, this website makes no WhatsApp/Meta request and uses no prefetch, preconnect or DNS-prefetch for it. A click may pass the prepared text to WhatsApp before you press Send. Cookies and storage on the opened external service fall under WhatsApp's applicable terms and privacy notice; they are not Noordvaro tracking cookies. Email and copying remain available alternatives.

4. Why there is currently no cookie banner

No optional analytics or marketing cookies are active in the implementation described above. Noordvaro therefore does not currently show a consent banner suggesting a choice for functions that do not exist. This conclusion applies only while a technical check of the public version confirms that no cookies or similar technologies requiring consent are used.

5. Future changes

Analytics, marketing tags, advertising pixels, embedded external media or comparable tracking must not be enabled until:

- the technology and data flows have been checked again; - this cookie notice and the privacy notice have been updated; - a valid, freely given and balanced consent choice has been implemented where consent is required; - refusing and later withdrawing are as easy as accepting; - optional technologies remain blocked until valid consent is given.
